How does this work?
Here’s our normal process:
- STEP #1: You will select a cutout > choose your size > choose your material [if you want us to customize the design & you need us to print it in a board, choose the standard or premium board OR if you only want the design and you will print it yourself, choose the printable (digital download only)].
- STEP #2: We will collect your details to customize your frame (like heading text, caption, date, etc.). You will receive a proof within 1-3 business days. We provide up to 2 mini revisions then we’ll charge additional 50% per extra revisions.
- STEP #3: Once approved and any necessary changes have been made, we will ship your order within 2-3 business days. Our orders usually arrive 3-7 business days after it’s shipped (depending on your location). Your cutout may be folded in half for safe shipping and will include two plastic strips with adhesive to reinforce the sides.
So the estimated total turnaround time is 7-13 business days (if you respond in a timely manner). For rush orders, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
What is the difference between printable, regular board or premium board?
- Printable (Digital Download Only) is a digital file. We will create the design, send it to you in a PDF or PNG format via email, and you will print it yourself. No physical item will be shipped to your place.
- Regular Board is a physical item that will be delivered to your place. It’s good for one-time events like weddings, birthdays, etc.
- Premium Board is a physical item that is a lot thicker than the regular board and we laminate them so they lasts longer. If you’re planning to use your cutout for several events (marketing events, networking events), this is for you.
What is your cancellation process?
Once the payment is made and you want to cancel, we deduct $35USD cancellation fee from the payment we received (administration fee).
What payment method do you accept?
We accept PayPal or credit card payments (via Stripe – no additional registration needed).
I have sent the payment! What’s next?
Please send us the details needed to personalize your selfie cutout to email@example.com. Once we get all your details, we will create the artwork for your selfie cutout. You will receive a proof within 1 business day.
How long does it take before we get the proof?
Within 1-2 business days.
What materials do you use?
We use a Coroplast material.
How long does it take to ship my item?
Once approved and any necessary changes have been made, we will ship your order within 2-3 business days.
What is the total turnaround time?
The estimated total turnaround time is 7-13 business days, depending on the communication speed and your location.
Do you accept rush orders?
We usually do. Please send us a message to firstname.lastname@example.org for rush orders. We’ll try our best to respond ASAP.
Do you offer refund/exchange?
We generally do not offer refund or exchange once a payment is made. However, you may be eligible for a refund if:
- You don’t receive a proof within 3 business days after providing all the necessary details we need.
- Your package arrives broken. Although we are committed to handling your package with care, occasionally the package can be damaged during transit. Please send a photo of the damaged package to email@example.com. Keep all the wrapping, packaging materials, invoices and the damaged item as they will be required to process your refund.
Refunds will be processed within 15 business days upon inspection of your package and approval of your refund. Refunds will only be processed to the same credit card/debit card number or PayPal/email account used for the original purchase.
